Once your request is approved you will be emailed a return shipping label (if eligible for free returns) – please affix this label to the original packaging and drop at your nearest post office.

Please note: clearance items and mirrors are not eligible for free returns , you will need to organise postage to our warehouse at 78 Herald St, Cheltenham VIC 3192. We suggest using a tracked service to minimise any issues.
