At One Six Eight London, we value your satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free returns policy to ensure your peace of mind.

Change of Mind Returns

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a purchase. To accommodate your needs, we accept change of mind returns within 30 days after the delivery of the item.

Please see below exclusions to qualify for free returns in which the customer is liable for the cost and arrangement of the return:

1. You wish to receive a refund instead of a store credit (return shipping to be organised and paid for by customer)
2. Clearance lines are ineligible for free returns  
3. Items that have been price matched are ineligible for free returns unless the store we are pricing matching also offers free returns
4. Wall mirrors are ineligible for free returns 
5. Personalised items
6. Orders shipped to an international destination outside of Australia are ineligible for free returns

Return Process for Change of Mind

1. Complete the Returns Form by clicking here
2. Ensure that the item is in its original condition with all tags and labels intact.
3. The item should be returned in its original packaging, which should also be in a re-sellable condition.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item and verify that it meets the eligibility criteria, we will issue you a store credit for the full purchase amount.

 

Damaged or Faulty Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return and replacement of the item at no additional cost to you.
