Shipping Method: All eligible retail orders for Australian shipping destinations will be dispatched via Australia Post eParcel with tracking. The exception being oversized items not accepted by Australia Post. In these rare instances, a reputable express courier will used.

Dispatch Time: Orders received before 1pm AEST on business days will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 1pm or on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.

Shipping Time: While we aim to provide prompt delivery, please note that once we have dispatched your product, we are not in control of the shipping time or process. Therefore, we cannot guarantee shipping times or expedited shipping. In most cases, you will receive your item between 1 - 4 business days. You will, however, be able to track the progress of your delivery with Australia Post.

Non-Delivery or Incorrect Details: In the event of non-delivery or if you have provided incorrect shipping details, please contact us immediately. We will assist you by lodging an enquiry with Australia Post on your behalf to resolve the issue.

Oversize Items or Remote Destinations: Please be aware that some oversize items will be shipped via a repeatable express courier service.

Retail Orders – International For orders with an international shipping destination, shipping charges will apply. Shipping costs may vary depending on the destination and the products ordered.
